ARTISTIC RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT AT THINKGLASS
ThinkGlass has been pushing the technical, physical and chemical boundaries of glass for over 20 years. We have mastered the art of creativity with shapes, textures and colours that are unique in the marketplace.

Works signed MICHEL MAILHOT
Artist Michel Mailhot has developed the creative identity at ThinkGlass by producing vibrantly beautiful glass. After two busy decades, Mailhot retired in April 2020, making way for a new team of artisans and artists.

Thierry Vaglia – Artistic Director
Under the direction of Thierry Vaglia, the new ThinkGlass artistic team is breaking down the barriers of possibility. New artistic and technical horizons are opening up to different styles and now allow us to offer a much more diversified and adaptable creative range to the varied tastes of our clientele.
With passion and humanity, Vaglia and his team will understand your needs, adapt to your style and present you with works that are as sublime as they are ingenious.

COLOURS
ThinkGlass has developed a unique technique to create true artistic masterpieces signed in glass. By adding shimmering hues reminiscent of the ocean or splashes of colours for a more contemporary look, ThinkGlass adds an infinite number of possibilities to create pieces that are a reflection of who you are.
For this technique, the paint is applied directly on the various layers of glass to create multi-dimensional works of art. During the heating process, the glass is transformed and the work is fused to reveal its full beauty. When viewed from all angles in transparency, it reveals its full splendour!
The possibilities for creating a custom piece are endless!
Note that the tint of the enamels used to paint the glass may vary during the fusing process, a translation between the paper and the glass is to be expected, but by discussing with our master glassmaker, we will be able to give you details on variations to expect.

These creations are unique, signed by the artist and harmoniously blend the movement, colours and textures of ThinkGlass. They are as beautiful for countertops as for paintings and murals and are the colourful reflection of our emotions and our most beautiful textures.
Contemporary
This abstract and contemporary style joins the current trends in decoration and interior design. Its versatility adapts to your modern decors and ambiances. It is suitable for all types of projects and wonderfully enhances our contemporary textures such as Brossa, Vaga, Lini or Nami.
Natural
Inspired by the four elements of nature: earth, air, water and fire; the natural artistic renderings offer enveloping environments while enhancing our natural textures, such as Granula, Gemma, Natura and Craco. They blend beautifully with rustic and natural stone and wood decors.
Sumi-e
Suggestive and pure, inspired by oriental art, this artistic style brings a sober, refined and Zen atmosphere to your decor. They come in two main colours, black or white, which are in turn supported by two secondary colours and do not compete with the glass’s texture. This style blends the delicacy of cherry blossoms with muted oriental landscapes or very stylized bamboo and orchids. It is suitable for intimate spaces such as the bathroom, living room or bedroom and is combined with sober textures, such as Natura or Minima.
